This Christmas, we decided to bake big, soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies for Ivan’s colleagues and Daniel’s teachers.
And so we had a baking date 🙂 Daniel was carted away by the grandparents and we spent a whole afternoon baking.
We have always liked the soft and chewy kind of chocolate chip cookies – the Subway kind, so we decided to do those instead of the usual crunchy chocolate chip cookies which we usually do. We decided to use this recipe by Martha Stewart.
They turned out to be quite yummy. However, we noticed that the cookies do not keep that well and go soft and crumbly quite quickly so we had to refrigerate them.
